Affordable CRM Solutions: Part 4

by Ash Nallawalla
CRM Manager, Macromedia Asia-Pacific

Summary

I was surprised to find that ACT! got the lowest score and pleased that two local products edged ahead. It is easy to be swayed by ACT!’s slick interface, or be distracted by the colours used in the other two. For your purposes you should disregard the score for features that are not important to you. You should install the trial versions and visit the product web sites to explore the numerous features that could not be described in the available space.
